3 lbs Kale, Turnip or Collard Greens
1/2 cup Sweet Yellow Onions
1 cup Chicken Stock
1 tbsp Cajun Delight Butter (can substitute with Amazing Rosemary or Smokey Garlic)
In stock pot combine all ingredients. Cook over medium low heat for 45 minutes or until tender.
