Spicy Thai Noodles and Smoked Garlic Shrimp
  • 1 lb spicy thai noodles (or any pasta you prefer)
  • 1 lb medium shrimp
  • 1/2 lb asparagus tips
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Smoked Garlic Butter
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup scallions

Steps: Bring water and salt to boil. Add thai noodles and cook until al dente. Set aside in the boiled water. Do not strain. On medium high heat, melt olive oil and butter. Add in shrimp. Cook until they begin to turn pink. Remove the shrimp (leave the pan drippings) and set aside. Add asparagus tips to pan and cook until al dente, then add shrimp and thai noodles back in. Combine and let simmer on low for 5 min stirring occasionally.

Serve and sprinkle scallions on top
