Creamy Garlic Shrimp Skillet! Low Carb too!
 
1/2 tsp of butter (infusion blends smoked garlic butter)
4 garlic cloves minced
1lb. Of large shrimp
1 small onion chopped
1/2 cup of white wine (optional)
1/3 cup of sun dried tomatoes in oil drained
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
3 cups of spinach
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan
1tbsp of chopped fresh basil
 
Directions
In a Large skillet melt butter add garlic sauté for a minute or so, add shrimp and continue sauté until shrimp is done and then transfer to a bowl and set aside. In the same skillet add your chopped onion, white wine cook till reduced to half, add in sun dried tomatoes sauté for about two minutes then add milk, bring to a simmer add in spinach stir until spinach is wilted, add Parmesan stir until melted and last but not least add back in the shrimp and sprinkle the top with the basil ❤️
