1 lb. medium shrimp 4 oz. salmon cubed 2 cups broccoli 1 cup cauliflower 1 cup carrots 2 cups brown rice 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 4 tbsp. Amazing Rosemary Butter 1 tsp of kosher salt 2 cups of water 1 cup fresh diced tomatoes Steps: Bring water to boil, add salt and rice. Cook until done. Set aside. 1 lb spicy thai noodles (or any pasta you prefer) 1 lb medium shrimp 1/2 lb asparagus tips 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 4 tbsp Smoked Garlic Butter 1 tsp kosher salt 2 cups water 1/2 cup scallions Steps: Bring water and salt to boil. Add thai noodles and cook until al dente. Set aside in the boiled water. Do not strain. On medium high heat, melt olive oil and butter. Add in shrimp. Cook until they begin to turn pink.
